DAY 1:
Arrival in Tanzania
Upon arrival, upon your arrival at the airport after immigration formalities your guide will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha, overnight at Kahawa House.

DAY 2:
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning after breakfast, you shall drive to Tarangire national park for the full day game drive. Among the giant baobab trees, Tarangire has the most spectacular game drive around the rivers and swamps, here you will witness large herds of elephant and many more animals. Late afternoon you will drive to Ngorongoro Farm House Lodge.

DAY 3:
Hot air balloon – Full day game drive
At 05:00 am, Serengeti Balloon Safaris will collect you from your camp and transfers you to their launching site. Enjoy taking off at dawn, rising as the sun rises and floating in whichever directions to the winds of the morning take you. Your expert pilot can precisely control the altitude of the balloon; sometimes flying at treetops height, sometimes lower, offering a unique perspective and great photographic opportunities of the wildlife below. At other times depending on the wind a pilot may ascend to 1000 feet or more, to see the enormity and wonderful panorama of the Serengeti. After landing you will have celebration in the traditional manner with champagne, followed by a full English breakfast. After breakfast you will meet your guide and continue with game drive until late afternoon then you return to your camp. Overnight at Kubukubu Tented Lodge.

DAY 4:
Serengeti full day
Depart after breakfast with packed lunch for the full day game drive. Enjoy your game drive with your expert guide and explore the seas of the waving savanna grassland dotted with acacia trees and granite outcrop rocks (Kopjes). Witness the dramatic activities in one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. The Seronera River provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts different varieties of mammals. Overnight at Kubukubu Tented Lodge.

DAY 5:
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater
Today’s game drive takes you to Ngorongoro crater, one of the mostly densely packed wildlife areas in the world for the game viewing. The crater is the 8th natural wonders of the world and natural paradise for all animals. Enjoy your game drive in the crater as this is the best place to see the endangered black rhino. You will also see lot of flamingoes in the Lake Magadi and other water bird’s species. In the evening you will ascend the crater and drive on the crater rim forest heading to the lodge. Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House Lodge.

DAY 5:
Ngorongoro – Arusha airport – Zanzibar
Have a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, thereafter you will start heading to Arusha airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar you will be met by our representative and transfer you to the Z Hotel, where a well and stylish decorated room with a fruit platter and a bottle of sparkling wine and champagne will be awaiting you.

DAY 8 – 10:
Zanzibar
With its beautiful sandy beaches, colourful coral reefs and clear turquoise waters, Zanzibar is an excellent relaxing place after your Northern Tanzania wildlife safari. These three days will be spent relaxing at the beach, there are also other activities that you can do, such as visiting the historical Stone Town, Prison Island, Spice tour, Jozani forest park, cultural tours to the local villages. The island also has wonderful coral reefs, which are perfect for diving and snorkeling. You might spot green turtles, dolphins and rarely whale sharks depending on the time of the year. Accommodation will be on half board basis throughout your stay in Zanzibar.

DAY 11:
Departure
After your adventurous Tanzania safari and a wonderful beach holiday in Zanzibar, today is the day to bid good bye to Tanzania. Enjoy your leisurely breakfast then you will be transferred to airport to catch your international flight to your next destination.
